Pokemon Go Adjusts Mewtwo Stats

In today’s revision of the GAME_MASTER file, Pokemon Go Adjusts Mewtwo Stats have been adjusted. The base stamina, attack, and defense has been lowered.

Also, the buddy distance for Bellossom has been increased from 1 to 3kms.
